Dryer spraying and grinding repairing technique

The fourth-generation dryer spraying has features such as high thermal conductivity coefficient, hardness, and wear resistance. The indexes of dryer after spraying are as follows:

Bonding strength of coating: 45—50MPa

Hardness of coating: HRC35—46 (Hb330—420)

Circular runout of dryer: ≤0.1mm

Straightness of dryer: ≤0.1mm

Roughness of dryer after grinding: Ra≤0.6
